Our licensed nursing professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home according to their scope of practice, provider orders, and the patient's individualized plan of care.

    Call 317-513-3698, or have your provider fax a referral to 317-534-3423.

  2. Intake review

    Our intake team will assist with obtaining the information and provider orders needed to evaluate the referral.

  3. Services arranged

    Each referral is reviewed to determine whether Safeville Caring Home Health can safely and appropriately meet the patient's needs, then services are arranged.
